We started in 2010, locally owned and operated, and we still answer the phone at the shop on North Ohlman Street.
We started Top Grade Concrete, LLC in 2010 as a locally owned and operated concrete company serving the Mitchell area, and we never needed to be anything fancier than that. I am Victor, and the crew and I handle several different types of concrete work: flat work, drain tile, driveways, sidewalks, steps, curb and gutter, basements, footings, concrete walls, and farm work.
The curb machine is the tell that we are a serious outfit. It installs curb and gutter quickly and efficiently, and the commercial page shows where that curb went.
Finishes run broomed, power troweled, or exposed aggregate, and the concrete can be stamped or stained to your liking. Epoxy floor coverings and acid stained floors get created however you like them.

Our own line says it plainest: "For all your concrete and basement needs". Before anything on this site gets walked on, the same crew pours the footings, the basement walls, and the floors the house stands on.

In the winter, we offer snow removal services with snow blowers, skid loaders, trucks, and a backhoe.
The skidloader and dump truck hire out for grading, digging, and farm work too, so the equipment that pours in July is still working for the Mitchell area in January.
