Using the Top Grade Concrete, LLC website means you accept the terms below. They are short on purpose.
What this site shows
The job photos here come from the company's own record of poured work, and shots taken mid-pour are labeled as process photos. Service descriptions explain what the crew does; they are not a promise that any particular result, finish, or schedule fits your project. Concrete outcomes depend on site conditions that get assessed in person.
Estimates
Sending the estimate form or chatting with the assistant starts a conversation, nothing more. Pricing, scope, and timing become real only when they are confirmed with you directly by the crew.
The AI assistant
The on-site chat is automated. It answers from published business information and its replies are general guidance, not professional advice, a quote, or a contract. If anything the assistant says matters to a decision, confirm it by phone at (605) 999-7877.
Job applications
Submitting the careers form is an expression of interest, and applicants must be 18 or older. It does not create an offer of employment or an employment relationship.
