This page describes what Top Grade Concrete, LLC does with information you share through this website. The short version: it is used to call you back, and for nothing stranger than that.
What we collect
The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, project type, location, timeframe, and any details you type in. The careers form asks for your name, phone, email, the position you want, your experience and availability, a confirmation that you are 18 or older, and an optional resume file. Nothing on this site collects information you do not choose to enter.
The Top Grade AI assistant
The chat bubble on this site is an automated assistant, not a live person. By default it answers from a fixed script built on published business information: services, hours, and contact details. Messages you send, and any contact details you share in chat, are transmitted through our website provider (LegacyForge AI) so your inquiry reaches the business, and when live replies are enabled they may be processed by third-party AI services to generate a response. Its answers are general information, never a quote or a commitment. Please do not put sensitive personal information in the chat.
How the information is used
Estimate details go to the business so someone can contact you about the work. Career applications go to the business for hiring. Your information is not sold, and it is shared only with the providers that operate this site: LegacyForge AI (site, forms, and messaging) and Vercel (hosting and analytics), plus the AI services described above for chat replies.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate page statistics. It is designed not to identify individual visitors, and there is no advertising tracking here.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything you have submitted. Call (605) 999-7877 or email topgradeconcrete@gmail.com and it gets handled. Depending on your state you may have additional legal rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information and to appeal a denial; exercising them will never change how you are treated as a customer or applicant. Submitted information is kept only as long as it is needed for the inquiry, the application, or ordinary business records.
Security and children
Reasonable safeguards protect what you send, though no transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. This site exists for adults arranging concrete work or applying for trade jobs. It is not directed to children under 13 and no information is knowingly collected from them.
